Engadget has previewed the dual-core smartphone LG Star P990. According to Engadget, the LG Star feels like HTC Droid Incredible in hand. it has a 4 inch WVGA 800*480 display. At the moment, the Star is running Android 2.2 Froyo, but it will get Android 2.3 Gingerbread before launching.
Engadget thinks LG Star will be “one of next year’s highlight devices”. With Dual core Tegra 2 processor this phone will impress the masses with its superb performance & high quality games.
The smartphone (with its Nvidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core chip) was benchmarked against other big Android handsets like: Nexus One, Motorola Droid X, HTC Evo, Samsung Galaxy S. Check out the videos below:
