Samsung today announced the Samsung GALAXY family of budget smartphones Samsung GALAXY Ace , GALAXY Fit, GALAXY Gio, GALAXY mini. All of the new handsets run Android 2.2 Froyo and pack quad-band GSM/EDGE, 3G with HSDPA supports plus A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and microUSB. & TouchWiz interface.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 packs a 3.5" capacitive touchscreen display of HVGA resolution. There's an 800 MHz CPU ticking under the hood and a 5 megapixel camera at the back of the Android 2.2 Froyo devic
The Samsung Galaxy Gio S5600 packs an HVGA TFT screen, but its size is reduced from 3.5" down to 3.2". Its CPU is clocked at 800 MHz, while the fixed-focus camera at the back is capable of producing 3 megapixel images.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit S5670 comes with a more promising 5 megapixel autofocus snapper, but its 3.3-inch QVGA LCD display doesn't sound too inspiring. The processor running the whole thing is going at 600 MHz.
Finally, we have the Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570. It's the one with the humblest specs sheet, built around a 3.1-inch QVGA screen and a 600 MHz CPU.
