The games will work on high end Android smartphones and tablets (Android 2.3+ is required). PlayStation Suite will enable you to download games and play them on the Android device of your choice.
For devices that don't have hardware game controls (like the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play has), the emulator will provide touchscreen controls instead. PlayStation Suite will launch on unspecified Android handsets sometime in 2011.[Source]
